Early yesterday morning, a subway train derailed in the subway. There were four passengers and two crew on the train.
To keep the transit system running smoothly - or as smoothly as possible, the Transit Service had shuttle buses running between the three stops that were out of service.
When interviewed by the media, not one transit rider even commented about the safety of the passengers and crew who were on the derailed train. All these passengers cared about was how their lives were being turned upside down because of the derailment.
Whatever happened to humanity? And they say that Toronto is a World Class City with a Heart. I am so glad that we moved away from Toronto. |
