I really am feeling sad for Lynne and all of her news, I am happy she is such a strong, smart woman! I am also happy that Michael is so supportive of her! I am sad for Lynne's brother when he finds out too.

I am doing o.k. I had an appointment with my psychologist today, it had been a while, but we had a very good session. She is prepping me for going back to work soon, she wants me to put on my suit of armor for that, which I tend to lack.......She has encouraged me to do meditation and visualization work of me being back there. I have been blocking the thought of going back lately.....but the inevitable is coming soon enough! For those of you who don't know I dealt with a lot of b.s. and harrassment there. I used to drive home in tears and it was making me physically sick, it was ruining me inside and out. My Dr. wants me to always remember that those people there mean nothing to me. It's hard for me to be tough like that, but I am goint to do my best to try and do so!
