Happy Apple Cake
4 cups diced fresh apples
2 cups sugar, pour over apples and mix
Let stand 30 minutes
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
Beat the eggs and oil and add to apples
Add:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup nuts
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan and pour in. |
