Canada Flag Cake.
Botton:::
Line botton of 13x9 pan with Sara Lee pound cake.
TOP:::
Dissolve 2 pkg {85g each} strawberry jello power in 2 cups boiling water add 3 cups of ice cubs.
Stir until slightly thickens about 3-5 Min's.
Remove any ice cubs.
Stir in 2 cups crush or slice strawberries.
Spread over cake.
Chill 10 Min's.
Top::::
Spread with whipped cream or nurtwhip over the jello mixture.
Chill for two hours.
Garnish with strawberries like a flag in the middle, leaving the side white. Then you have you flag cake. |
