Remembering My Mum and Other Special Moments

On Monday March 10, my Mum, if she were still alive would be 83 years old. Here are some pictures of my Mum and other family moments from yesteryear.


Michael painted this portrait of my Mum three days after her death. Mum was 23 in this picture.



This is my Mum and I Christmas 1987



I had planned to post this pix of me on Valentine's Day, but I got side tracked. This is me in 1965 cutting out Valentine's Cards at our Dining Room table.



This is my little Bro with my youngest Son Paddy shoveling out back in 1986.



My Daddy and I back in 1954.



Last but not least, this is one of my favourite pix of my Son and I taken at a Surprise Party that he gave me for my 43rd Birthday.

Thank you and you are welcome. Today is really rough for me. I am just so glad that I did take these pix when I did. Funny how you don't appreciate some things and people until they are gone. This was definitely a trip down Memory Lane for me. Bitter Sweet, but beautiful.

My family teases me endlessly because i'm always attached to my camera at our family events but i always say one day you will thank me for being the family memory saver!!
